I arrived at the club house where this party was held to find that mostly men were there setting it up. I thought all the PINK surrounding these big guys was just too darn cute!

The beautiful birthday girl’s first party dress.

Her second one. I’m getting kind of jealous of all these outfits!

And then we took a break so she could check out her pinky balloons with Mommy & Daddy! (That’s basically all a one year old wants to do anyways.)

Yes, she fell asleep at her party. Over-stimulation hit and she just needed a break. It’s a part of life at that age.
Don’t worry, though, it didn’t last too long!

Because when she woke up, everyone sang happy birthday to her!

This shot was really fun for me to take. Take a good look at this, my dear wedding clients, this is how you’ll be cutting the next cake for the cameras.

Thanks, guys, for having me out for your awesome party! It was all so cute and happy and fun and loud and international! It was totally PERFECTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I know. I don’t need to be reminded again
The truth is, July sucked for us. Just plain old SUCKED. We had too many stressors and too many people dying. What.The.Heck!
Anyway, to make up for it, and to wish everyone a much happier August….Here are some really really super duper recent pictures!
Solomon had his very first hair cut

He got all his head hairs cut.

Poor kid didn’t know what hit him!

These guys are getting married in August of this year…so August should be better than July!

And this is Megan. She’s going to be a Senior this year. Then she goes to College
Woot!
August will be better than July. I am sure of it!
I used to work with Cameron’s mom, back in the old days at the corporate job, ya know like 6 weeks ago
Anyway, Carol, (that’s his mom) asked me to take some pictures of her little guy for his very first birthday. It was a pleasure getting to meet her family and seeing all the excitment that comes with a first birthday! I can’t believe that I am just a little more than 2 months away from celebrating Solomon’s first birthday - it’s definitely good to see some one else go through it ahead of me!
Carol was interested in having formal pictures done at her place – and anyone who knows me knows that, um, those aren’t my strengths! But I think I did get a few good shots of little Cameron being himself. He’s such a curious guy and a really good walker for his age

Cameron, like Solomon, also needs redirection to keep from getting into trouble.

He loves looking at the ‘baby’ in the mirror! He even kissed the ‘baby’ for me
How cute is that?!

Yep, he likes his thumb!

A big thank you to Carol for having me out! I can’t wait for you to see the rest of the images soon!!!!
